Programme Structure

  • Delivery

    In person, one day modules from 9.00 to 17.00

  • Group size

    12 to 20 participants to maximise interaction, discussion and practice

Developing leaders who coach for performance, growth and accountability rather than manage through control.

Conflict and Courageous Conversations


Building confidence to address issues early and lead honest, respectful conversations.

Coaching as an enhancement

To reinforce motivation and learning retention, we will incorporate labelled stages and motivational metaphors:

  • Sprint Sessions → shorter, high-energy deep-dives
  • Boost Zones → reflection or coaching pods

  • Capstone Challenge → final assessment or immersive simulation
