Danielle Blizzard
I built talentX because I’ve lived the pain from every side of work in the
Middle East.
- I’ve been the employee trying to make sense of unclear expectations.
- The manager dealing with capability gaps.
- The hiring manager struggling to find talent.
- The founder fixing people issues at 2am (and still showing up and smiling at 8am)
- And the board advisor watching good companies slow down because their people systems weren’t built for this region.
I know exactly how expensive it is when the people layer isn’t working - and how quickly a business moves when it is.
That’s why talentX exists.
To take the complexity out of people and culture, and replace it with clarity, capability, and systems that actually deliver results.
Phil Knight once wrote in Shoe Dog:

With 15+ years of experience as an employee, manager, hiring lead, founder, and board advisor, Danielle understands the real-world challenges leaders face because she’s lived them. That perspective shapes everything talentX does.
Her team of HR consultants, behavioural scientists, coaches, and facilitators combine psychology, capability-building, and performance to help companies scale with clarity and confidence.
